1. Who may use the Service

You must be 18 or older to access the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have legal capacity to accept these Terms. Do not use the Service where applicable law prohibits you from doing so.

2. Creating an account

Full access requires an account containing complete, accurate and current information. Keep your login details secure and accept responsibility for activity performed through your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us promptly at [email protected] if you believe someone has entered the account without your consent.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, provide misleading information or are linked to fraudulent or abusive conduct.

3. Service coverage and restrictions

HуrorevionуPro offers AI-supported market research, trading signals and, where supported, automated order submission through linked broker accounts. The Service is provided for information and analysis only.

• HуrorevionуPro does not receive, safeguard or administer your funds. Your money remains in your own brokerage or exchange account.
• We connect with your broker through API keys restricted to viewing information and carrying out actions. These credentials cannot be used to withdraw funds.
• Historical performance from a strategy or signal should not be treated as a dependable guide to future performance.
• Trading involves substantial risk, including the chance of losing the capital you commit.

4. No investment advice

Nothing published through the platform HуrorevionуPro is financial, investment, trading or other professional advice. AI-generated material and research are supplied as general information only. Consider taking advice from an appropriately qualified financial adviser before making investment decisions. HуrorevionуPro is not registered or authorised to act as an investment adviser, broker-dealer or financial planner.

5. Fees and payments

Certain Service functions require a paid subscription. Prices appear on the pricing page and may change with 30 days’ notice. Any applicable taxes are excluded and remain your responsibility. Subscriptions are charged in advance monthly or annually. At our discretion, a new subscriber may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of the first charge.

6. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

• Use the Service unlawfully or contrary to an applicable legal requirement.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the platform, or attempt to access its source code.
• Use automated software to scrape, crawl or collect data from the Service.
• Resell, sublicense or use any part of the Service commercially without our prior written approval.
• Disrupt the Service or compromise the security, performance, integrity or supporting infrastructure.
• Take part in market manipulation, front-running or other conduct that conflicts with financial regulation.

7. Intellectual property

The content, software, algorithms, trade marks and confidential expertise supplied with or through the Service remain the sole property of HуrorevionуPro or its licensors. These Terms transfer no ownership and grant no further rights in those materials. Written permission is required before using our trade marks or logos.

8. Warranty disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS SUPPLIED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITH NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. HуrorevionуPro WE DO NOT PROMISE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE AVAILABLE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION, OPERATE WITHOUT ERRORS, OR BE FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limits on liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HуrorevionуPro WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY LOSS, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, TRADING LOSSES OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, RESULTING FROM OR CONNECTED WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN WHERE WE WERE ADVISED THAT SUCH LOSS MIGHT OCCUR. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE SUM YOU PAID TO HуrorevionуPro DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT THAT LED TO THE CLAIM.

10. Your indemnity responsibilities

You agree to indemnify, defend and protect HуrorevionуPro and its directors, officers, employees and agents against claims, liabilities, losses, damages and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms or infringement of another person’s rights.

11. Ending these Terms

You may close your account through its settings or by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or end access immediately following a breach. When access ends, your permission to use the Service also ends, and account information may be removed in line with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law and dispute handling

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, excluding its conflict-of-law principles. Disputes should initially be referred to binding arbitration in London under the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators’ rules. Consumers in the EU or UK may also bring proceedings before courts available in their country or place of residence.

13. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be revised from time to time. If a revision is significant, we will notify you at least 14 days beforehand by email or via a Platform notice. Continuing to use the Service after the revised Terms take effect means you accept them.
