1. Who may use the Service

You must be 18 or older to use the Service. By accessing it, you confirm that you satisfy this age requirement and can legally enter these Terms. The Service is unavailable wherever applicable law prohibits its use.

2. Creating an account

To use the Service’s complete functionality, you must register with information that is accurate, current, and complete. You must keep your login details confidential and are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us without delay at [email protected] if you believe someone has accessed the account without permission.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, provide deceptive information, or participate in fraudulent or abusive conduct.

3. The Service: scope and limits

HуrorevionуPro offers AI-assisted market analysis, trading signals and, where enabled, automated order execution through linked broker accounts. The Service is supplied for analysis and information, not as a promise of performance.

• HуrorevionуPro does not take custody of, store or administer your money. Your capital stays in the brokerage or exchange account held in your name.
• We connect to your broker using API keys restricted to reading and executing orders. These credentials cannot withdraw funds.
• Historical performance from a strategy or signal does not predict what may happen in the future.
• Trading carries the possibility of loss, including losing the capital you commit.

4. No investment advice

Nothing available on the Platform HуrorevionуPro should be understood as financial, investment, trading or other professional advice. AI signals and analytics are informational only. Consider speaking with a suitably qualified financial adviser before making investment decisions. HуrorevionуPro is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer or financial planning firm.

5. Fees and billing

Certain Service functions are available only with a paid subscription. Prices appear on our pricing page and may change with 30 days’ notice. Fees exclude applicable taxes, which remain your responsibility. Plans are charged in advance monthly or annually. At our discretion, new subscribers may receive a refund within 14 days of the first charge.

6. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or contrary to applicable legislation.
• Decompile, disassemble, or attempt to obtain the platform’s source code.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract Service data.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially use any part of the Service without written permission in advance.
• Damage, interrupt, or compromise the Service or its supporting infrastructure.
• Carry out market manipulation, front-running, or conduct that breaches financial rules.

7. Intellectual property rights

The content, applications, algorithms, marks and confidential business information provided through the Service belong exclusively to HуrorevionуPro or its licensors. These Terms transfer no ownership or other interest in that material, and our logos and trademarks may not be used without written permission.

8. Warranty disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS OFFERED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SUITABILITY FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. HуrorevionуPro WE DO NOT PROMISE THAT THE SERVICE WILL RUN WITHOUT INTERRUPTION, OPERATE WITHOUT ERRORS, OR REMAIN FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL ELEMENTS.

9. Liability limits

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HуrorevionуPro SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE LOSS, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA, TRADING LOSSES OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, RESULTING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE, EVEN IF THE POSSIBILITY WAS DISCLOSED. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO HуrorevionуPro DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to protect, defend and indemnify HуrorevionуPro together with its directors, officers, staff and agents, against claims, liabilities, losses, damages and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your Service use, breach of these Terms or infringement of another person’s rights.

11. Duration and termination

You may close your account from the account settings or by contacting [email protected]. We may end or suspend access immediately following a breach of these Terms. Once terminated, your permission to use the Service ends and we may remove account information as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law and resolving disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of New York State, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes arising from these Terms will first be referred to binding arbitration in 200 Park Avenue, New York, NY 10166, United States under American Arbitration Association rules. Users in the EU or UK may also submit complaints to their applicable local courts.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. Material amendments will receive at least 14 days’ notice by email or through a Platform banner. Using the Service after the effective date means you accept the amended Terms.
